DATA PRIVACY NOTICE

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter “GDPR”, we inform you that:

1. The University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw is your Data Controller. Warsaw 01-043, ul. Okopowa 59, e-mail address: rektorat@vizja.pl;
2. Your personal data will be processed for purposes arising from the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller, consisting in the possibility of mutual correspondence on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
3. The expected categories of recipients of your data are employees of the IT department of the Data Controller;
4. The personal data will be kept during the period of exchange of correspondence with the data subject, after which time it may be processed and kept for the period of limitation of possible claims;
5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will result in the inability to receive a response to your message.

You have the right to:

1. access to your personal data;
2. to rectify your personal data;
3. request the controller to restrict the processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Article 18(2) of the GDPR;
4. delete your data;
5. object to the processing of data due to your particular situation,
6. revoke consent at any time,
7. lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Commissioner.
