  • rozszerzanie i pogłębianie wiedzy w zakresie obowiązujących w Polsce obciążeń podatkowych i stosowania w praktyce prawa podatkowego,
  • przekazanie zasad stosowania nowoczesnych narzędzi analitycznych z zakresu podatkowego,
  • przygotowanie do analizy podatkowej w organizacji,
  • ukształtowanie praktycznych umiejętności menedżerskich: współdziałania z otoczeniem, rozwiązywania konfliktów, komunikowania się, prowadzenia negocjacji, inicjowania zmian, wrażliwej reakcji na problemy społeczne.

Studia podatki skierowane są do osób pragnących zdobyć wiedzę w zakresie obowiązujących w Polsce obciążeń podatkowych i stosowania w praktyce prawa podatkowego, a w szczególności do pracowników organów skarbowych, służb finansowych w zakładach pracy, właścicieli firm, członków zarządów i rad nadzorczych oraz pozostałych osób zainteresowanych usystematyzowaniem i zaktualizowaniem wiedzy w zakresie ekonomicznych strategii podatkowych.

Curriculum and structure

Studia, poprzez swój program konsultowany z autorami ustawy o doradztwie podatkowym, obejmują zagadnienia przydatne także do egzaminu państwowego na doradcę podatkowego.

Podczas zajęć studenci zdobędą poszerzoną umiejętność interpretacji przepisów prawnych, formułowania pism procesowych oraz rozwiązywania praktycznych problemów podatkowych związanych z prowadzeniem działalności gospodarczej.

  1. Wstęp do prawa podatkowego,
  2. Źródła i wykładnia prawa podatkowego.

Program completion requirements: 80% attendance, active participation, and a passing grade on the final exam.

Starting a postgraduate program does not have to be a financial burden. Getting funding for postgraduate studies is easier than you might think. Here are some of the available programs that you can take advantage of and complete your postgraduate studies at very attractive financial terms, with up to 100% funding. All you have to do is choose the best program for you, apply and start your postgraduate studies at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw.

Please note that each participant individually contacts the project operator of a particular project to familiarize themselves with its terms and conditions. The project operators have their own regulations and accounting systems. After signing an agreement with an operator for a given service, contact the UEHS Postgraduate Education Center to provide the necessary documents and information.

The “OPEN” project

The initiative is co-financed by the European Social Fund and implemented by the Enterprise Development Foundation. The “Open” project is an offer of an interest-free loan for individuals who wish to expand their horizons. The loan can be used to complete courses, postgraduate studies, internships, and placements. Moreover – obtaining a postgraduate certificate gives you a chance to redeem part of the amount!
