The aim of the program is to develop and deepen the students’ specific skills necessary to achieve success in family guidance.
The aim of this course is to provide students to comprehend the importance and functions of therapeutic conditions and basic/advanced counseling skills in the counseling process; to use basic counseling skills effectively.

The aim of this course is to have basic knowledge of students about the basic characteristics of adolescence, physical, sexual, cognitive, personality and moral development of adolescence, psychological problems of adolescence and ways of dealing with them, addiction problems frequently encountered in adolescence, and body image perception problems in adolescents. are aimed to be.
To teach the developmental characteristics of young, middle and advanced adulthood periods and the methods of observing and solving the problems that arise periodically. The aim of the course is to examine the theories and concepts of developmental psychology around the phenomena that concern adulthood and old age. The main topics of the course are identity, maturation, individual development, elderly people and social relations and death.
Basics of mental health in family.
Students learn the concepts of negligence and abuse, and communicate with children (working on the street, in need of protection, working children) who can be considered as a risk group in neglect and abuse, by knowing their developmental characteristics, Learning the ways of interdisciplinary cooperation in child neglect and abuse and the ways that can be followed in children who have been subjected to neglect and abuse, It is aimed that neglected and abused children can follow their developmental processes and learn communication skills with these children.
In this course, Classical Theories (Dynamic, Strategic, Structural, Experiential), Cognitive-Behavioral Theory, Emotion Focused Counseling Theory, Post-modern Approaches (Solution Oriented, Narrative) and Applications are taught.
In this course, students acquire theoretical knowledge about basic concepts of family counseling, interview techniques, individual and family recognition techniques, tests used during counseling, communication techniques, mistakes made in the counseling process, roles and duties of the counselor, basic stages of family counseling, cultural sensitivity in family counseling. and with sample case discussions, it is aimed to gain application skills on this approach.
In this course, professional ethics and ethical principles in family counseling are taught.
This course aims at identifying the needs and problems of the family, and providing the students with the required counseling knowledge and skills against these needs and problems.

In this course, the development of counseling skills before marriage, in the early stages of marriage and the later years of marriage, learning how to structure the counseling process during all these processes, as well as the crisis that may arise in the family, domestic violence, divorce process, the situation of children in the divorce process and post-divorce counseling processes. It is aimed that students gain knowledge and skills in structuring issues.

The project is aimed at the unemployed and individuals over 45 years of age. The City Council can finance the cost of postgraduate studies, up to PLN 4000. National Educational Fund

The program is implemented with funds from the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People.
