Main objectives
of the program

Course organized in cooperation with the Polish Psychoanalytical Society, the Melanie Klein Trust in London, and VIZJA University. The course is led by Dr. Gustaw Sikora and Dr. hab. Anna Zajenkowska, University Professor.

The course is intended for students, professionals in helping professions, as well as a broad audience interested in the humanities and the functioning of the human mind.

Psychoanalysis, as a scientific discipline, offers a comprehensive model of how the mind works — a model applicable not only in psychotherapy, but also in any field where understanding the workings of the mind is essential. From literature and film, through politics, journalism, and sociology, to the neurosciences — psychoanalysis finds its place, expanding the possibilities for understanding and analyzing human behavior, social phenomena, and the functioning of the human organism.

Career prospects
